Check out our powerful and dynamic payor search features...
Scenario 1:
Suppose you wanted to find a 'Medicare' payor, of a GOV type, in
Indiana. You would simply type 'Medicare' in the Payor criteria box,
select 'GOV' from the network Type drop down list box, select 'Indiana' from
the State drop down list box, and click Search. The search
will return all of the GOV Medicare payors in Indiana.

Scenario 2:
If
you need to find information on Coresource payors in the 610 area code, you
would just type 'Coresource' in the Payor criteria box and type '610' in the
Phone criteria box and click 'Search'.

Scenario 3:
To
find an HMO in New York, just select 'HMO' from the Network Type drop-down
list box, and select 'New York' from the State drop-down list box. Click
'Search'. Then you could narrow your search to HMOs in Albany,
New York. Instead of typing 'Albany' in the City criteria box, click the
up sort button on the State column to bring the cities that start with the
letter 'A' to the top. Then click on a record with Albany as the
city. The search will return all the HMOs in Albany, New York.

Scenario 4:
You
need to find out who the payor is for 'Sprint'. You go to the
Search Employers page and type 'sprint' in the
Employer criteria box and click 'Search'. The results for employers named
'Sprint' are returned. Click on the employer name. The
payor results for that employer are returned. From that screen, you can
get more detailed information on the payor, by clicking one of the highlighted
fields or the Payor Profile button.

Use a wildcard search in a case where you only know part of
the name, and are not sure where the part of the name falls in the title.
For example: If you are looking for a payor, and all you remember is that the
word 'California' was part of the title. Type "*california"
in the payor criteria box and click search. The search returns all
payors with the word 'California' in their titles.
